Our founder sets the tone…
It’s 1989, and Pat Destito is a wildly successful salesman for IBM, specializing in data-driven printing systems. Working every day in southern Connecticut, Pat sees an opportunity to fill a woefully underperforming niche – providing great laser printing services to the banks, telephone & pharmaceutical companies in the area.
Within 6 years, despite sleepless nights and endless demands, this little company, started by sheer will, fueled by grit and built by sweat, became highly profitable.
And how?
By doing something even companies double or triple in size could do, and that is delivering accurate, analytical, and attractive reports quickly at a reasonable price.
Pat then recognized the need for pharmaceutical professionals to use data to transform their businesses. He used the same determination, energy, and passion to reinvent the company that is now known as Pharmaceutical Data Services (PDS).
He used his innate instinct for talent to recruit highly skilled data professionals to create intuitive web applications and powerful analytics tools – solutions that have provided our clients with the insights they depend on to make human resources, sales, and marketing decisions.
Since its inception over three decades ago, PDS has been committed to delivering completely customized tools that meet the ever-changing needs of our pharma clients.
